Darien EMS-Post 53 has a dedicated and committed group of volunteer leaders including the Board of Darien EMS - Post 53, Friends of Post 53, a Community Advisory Board and six Young Adult Officers who are elected annually.

Officers-and-Ron-Hammer

Director of Post 53 is Ron Hammer, along with Deputy Directors Nancy Herling and Margo Benton who are supported by a corps of highly trained and experienced adult advisors.

Young adult leadership is headed by the officers elected each year by the Post membership.  The 2011-2012 officers are President Erin Hannon, VP Operations Nick Johnston, VP Training Maggie Close, VP Programming Katherine Dostal, Secretary Connor McCarthy and Treasurer Emily Close.
